MemberDirect internet banking supports statement file exports for the following financial programs

• Quicken
• Quickbooks
• Microsoft Money
• Simply Accounting
• Comma Delimited Text (for importing to a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel) 
• PDF (Adobe Reader format)

Steps:

1. Log onto MemberDirect internet banking.
2. Select “Account Activity” from the menu on the lefthand side of the page.
3. Select the Account from the drop-down menu.
4. Select “Advanced Options.”
5. Check the box “Download Activity To” and choose an option.
6. Click “Search.”
7. Select “Download” at the warning message.
8. Choose a file location to save the file.
9. The file should start to download.
